Following your request, we will send a detailed flight offer to you via email, according to the details you provide. At this point your request gets queued but your flight is not considered booked. Should you agree with our offer, then please respond positively to our email, including the passenger names, ID or passport number/copy and their contact numbers and then proceed to the payment procedure.

Payment procedure is simple and can be accomplished in the following three ways for your ease.

1) Payment via bank transfer (Wire Transfer)

Please find below our company’s bank accounts to which you can deposit the charter price amount. Please mention as depositor the name of the client or company our flight offer is addressed to.

2) Payment  online or offline.

i)  (Online) Please fill out the online Payment Form (Pay your Flight ) with your details. By filling out the form you will be automatically redirected to the electronic payment platform  “National Bank of Greece`s NBG e-Commerce“.

ii) (Offline) As soon as you choose to pay offline by credit card, we will send you a credit card authorization form to complete and sign. You would need to fill in your personal details, the credit card number and credit card security code in order for us to charge the agreed amount.

We accept payments via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Diners, as well as  POS electronic wallet.

Paying by Credit Card there would be an additional cc fee between 2, 5% – 4, 7% depending on the card provided to the total airfare.

3) Cash prior to the flight.

If either wire transfer or use of a credit card is not suitable for you, you can cover the charter amount in cash or via POS to our company’s representative at Athens International Airport
